2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, company, email address, telephone number, property address and the contents of any message you send through our contact form, by email or by telephone.
- Client and project information: billing details, site documentation, permit records and correspondence created while we perform work for you.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal information such as health data, biometric identifiers or precise geolocation from website visitors.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare estimates and schedule site assessments
- To perform contracted work, administer permits and issue invoices
- To operate managed parking facilities, including permit administration and enforcement, where you are a permit holder
- To maintain business records required by law, insurers and lenders
- To improve the content, speed and usability of our website
- To send occasional service updates or seasonal maintenance reminders to existing clients, who may opt out at any time
4. Legal bases and your choices
Where required by law, we rely on your consent for optional analytics cookies and marketing messages, on the performance of a contract for client and project data, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our business for the remainder. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
5. Licence plate data at managed facilities
Facilities we manage may use licence plate recognition to control access and process payment. Plate images and read events are used solely for access control, payment reconciliation, enforcement and site security. Retention is limited to the period stated in the facility’s posted notice, ordinarily no longer than 90 days, unless a specific transaction dispute, incident or legal obligation requires longer.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a small number of cookies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning and remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner. Full detail, including how to change your choice at any time, appears in our Cookie Policy.
7. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third-party marketers. We disclose information only to: service providers acting on our instructions (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, accounting and access-control platform vendors); professional advisers; insurers; and public authorities where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Every provider is bound by contract to protect the information and use it only for the purpose we specify.
8. International transfers
Our website and business records are hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your own country.
9. Data retention
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client project records are retained for seven years after completion to satisfy tax, warranty, insurance and statute-of-limitation requirements. Server logs are retained for 12 months. Applicant records are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
10. Security
We use encrypted transport (HTTPS) across the whole website, access controls and role-based permissions on internal systems, multi-factor authentication for email and financial accounts, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authorities as required by New Jersey law.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of marketing communications. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy statutes, including California and Colorado, additionally have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any right, email admin@uniparkbd.com. We respond within 45 days and may ask for information sufficient to verify your identity.
12. Third-party links
Our website may link to external sites, such as mapping services or manufacturer documentation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The revision date at the top of the page always shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on our homepage for at least 30 days.
