Ranges below are for typical New Jersey commercial sites in 2026 and exclude permits, prevailing wage and unusual access conditions. They are guidance, not an offer.

Prices exclude sales tax where applicable. Utility upgrades, rock excavation, contaminated soil handling and municipal fees are always quoted separately and never buried in a unit rate.

$4.20 / stall / month and up
We run the parking operation and report to you monthly. Fixed fee — never a percentage of your gross.
Standard terms are 25% at mobilisation, progress billing against measured completion, and 10% retainage released at punch-list sign-off. We accept ACH, check and wire; card payment is available for invoices under $10,000. Financing introductions are available for capital projects above $150,000.
