1. Our commitment

UniPark BD LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Conformance status

This website has been built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as its target. Measures include semantic HTML structure, a visible skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and accordions, text alternatives for every meaningful image, colour contrast tested against Level AA thresholds, and full respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.

3. Known limitations

The embedded map on our contact page is provided by a third party and may not be fully accessible with all assistive technologies. The same address and directions are always available as plain text next to the map, and our office will read directions over the telephone on request.

4. Physical accessibility in our work

Accessibility is also a core part of what we build. Every layout we produce is checked against the ADA Standards for Accessible Design: stall counts and dimensions, access aisle placement, running and cross slopes, signage height and mounting, accessible route continuity to the building entrance, and detectable warning surfaces where required. We will not paint a layout we believe to be non-compliant.
